What Can I Expect?

Arrive in Ecuador by day 2 of your program dates. Settle in and rest.

Students will have Sundays off. Saturday schedule will vary.

Students will take Spanish classes 2 days per week.

The schedule allows time for students to take fitness classes at our wellness center. The schedule can be found here

• 9:00AM - Breakfast

• 12PM - Class

• 2PM - Lunch

• 3PM - Class

• 5PM - Free time/study/rest

Students will engage in practical application tasks beyond our scheduled learning periods, ensuring continuous learning throughout the day. Each student is expected to arrive prepared with completed homework from the previous day, facilitating active participation in class discussions and activities.

Students will be offered the opportunity to travel Ecuador outside of Mindo. We will discuss this as a group on the first day. This adventure will entail an additional, affordable cost. Students will still be actively involved in the modules and will experience hands on tasks during our travel.

Students will have the chance to collaborate with clients participating in our therapy retreats. This involvement may encompass leading sound bath sessions, practicing reiki, and accompanying clients on various excursions such as ziplining, ATV tours, waterfall hikes, and other activities.

Students will be offered a discount if you are willing and able to teach two classes a week at our wellness center.
